Just looking at the recipe was enough....it is frustrating.....specially when someone asks how you cook your meat..and then they ask if that will work on a GAS GRILL [smilie=a_doh.gif]
 
Just listened to 2 podcasts...you figure with a name like Weber, they would have some resources to get their host some better sounding equipment...mine sound much better! :D

I looked at the email today and thought it was funny that they said to do it on a charcoal or gas grill, then demo'ed the recipe on a WSM. :roll:

(Most of the time I look at the email recipe and say nope, don't wanna do that. I agree, Weber could and should do better. :( )
