Was just emailed by Barry at Charbroil saying they added me to Author Chefs at their www.charbroilgrilling.com site. I'm very honored for sure.

I was told I was going to be Featured as Keeper of the Flame for October too for my work with the Big Easy and the other Charbroil cookers I have. Wow that is just too fricking cool.

Click on Authors near the top and I'm near the bottom.

It's Official. Check out their web site.

I'm the newest Guest Chef and will be "Keeper of the Flame" for October or November which is an honor for sure.

Sorry I know it bugs some of ya'll when I reply to my own thread but the good news just keeps on coming in and I have to share.
