Took a bunch of the scraps from the deer and tried my hand at some jerky... First attempt here..We'll know results later. Its in the oven now..

 
Excellent choice for making jerky. Have made quite a bit of it over the years. Now I never made it out of scraps. I always used good quality Bambi flesh.
