Vacation Starts Now!!!!

just popped my first beer...I'm off to concentrate of SOTB!

My neighbor caught some big sheephead and whipped up a dinner
that was swimming the day before (not the shrimp).

I practiced on portos stuffed with crab....looks like that'll be
ABP turn in. Was gonna turn in ABT's but since they contain
bacon (pork) I will not.

The category is called Anything But Pork.

I wouldn't mind someone turning in anykind of pork as
long as it's not bbq, which is for the next day, but as it was
explained to me, if I won, someone would bitch that I used
pork.

No biggie. I can cook lots of things. Right now I'm begging
Phillips Seafood to sponsor me and provide the crab...I have
to provide 8 samples for the judges and TWO HUNDRED samples
to the public. I can't buy that much crab...hope they come
through...meanwhile, time ticking..the contest is this Friday
and I still don't have an entry for ABP decided yet...although I
sure as heck didn't mind practicing those crab cakes last night.

Maybe some day we will meet. Till then, I think anyone here that
has met me can assure you there was pops. And since this is
now officially vacation, the pops will flow every day shortly after
I get up.

a very serious discussion.

That doesn't beat me and Larry drinking beer in the
hospital parking lot while Woody was getting his
eye put back in his socket.
