Tuscan Bean Stew
I made this on Sunday. I followed a recipe I saw on ATK where you soak the beans in salted water (I was very skeptical), and instead of stovetop simmering, you use the oven. The beans turned out very good. I would recommend anyone to give this a shot.
Had it with BBQ chicken and pumpkin cheesecake the wife made for what I like to call "Dinner with no theme". Pics of the other stuff on the blog.
I think Pringles initial intention was to make tennis balls, but on the day the rubber was supposed to arrive a big truck full of potatoes showed up, but Pringles is a laid back company, they said "What the hell, cut 'em up."
