Tonights supper, Dont know what to call it....

Started with a dark roux, added onions. boiled a chicken and smoked sausage. pulled the chicken and added the roux to the stock. Added some rice, Texas Pete and worshire and simmered till the rice was done. Very rich chicken and rice.....
