but the only review is pretty negative.

Any thoughts? Also, in order to publish on the internets,
do I need to buy editing software?

Do your homework, I would look for 1 that don't need special software,
Look for a firewire or usb2 output & windows compatable on camera file storage.
Beware HD cams videos take forever to upload ask Sapo.

I bought a 5mega pixal 2 years ago its a digital still cam that do video too. You can get a 7 MP now for the same price. Mine is a Samsung.
The reason I got it was it has a 2 LCD, that aint bad for around $100

SS I knew sumthin took longer

Good ya need some channel locks or big rock when simba finds the Kitty

If you have a newer version of windows you probably have Windows Movie Maker somewhere on your hard drive. That is a pretty good place to start. The only problem is that sometimes you need to convert sound files if you want to add music. Glad to help in any way that I can.

Nice dog, BTW.

I forgot to post the link. Just bought one, gonna play with it and hopefully
record some whole hog video.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but that looks like a dog, not a whole hog!

Windows Movie Maker should already be on your computer...its fairly brainless to work!

Whats the second choice then?
