Thimble Berries

Any one know if I can can them up like black berries? Jelly, jam Exc. We have tons down at camp. I'd rather have them in my cupboard than have the woodchucks mow them down.

Yes! Definitely! It's wonderful and you pay a fortune for it if you buy it in a specialty store.

Mix equal parts berries with sugar, boil 2 minutes, pack in sterilized jars and HWB.

Very much a local delight in the UP.
