I disagree, I have had IBP packers that sucked along with Indiana packers that sucked also, Little to no fat cap and don't even get me started on there ribs! I'll pay the extra 10-15 cents per pound for the EXCELL. I will try a few cases of SYSCO just to check them out. Who knows? If they have a good product up to my standards and can save me some dough, I'll switch brands in a heart beat! :!:
