the bug has bitten again
My brother was up here at Christmas when I got my WSM. He finally got tired of hearing about what just came off the smoke. So today he checked around Nashville and found some still at 199. Picked it up on his way home, ordered a maverick. He'll be the next on here seeking wisdom.
Bought a small brisket for tomorrow...and set the camera on the counter. also ordered some wolfe rub for next weeks cookin. looking forward to tasting it.
