The BBQ Championship Series
This starts next week on Versus, anyone want to wager, I'll take Mike Davis.

It used to be OLN, they changed it this summer. They filmed it in Reno over Labor Day Weekend as part of the big rib burn.

It should be an interesting matchup. I believe both Byron and Adam Perry Lang are graduates of the CIA. Britt knows pits and has been the runnerup at the Jack a couple of times. I heard all the judges are civilians so there could be some upsets.
I'm looking forward to it!
So how does the wagering work Rich? I'll take those 11-1 odds!

Well, it's actually Adam verses Jim verses Brian. The winners move into the next round. I don't know how to make the wager but I'll bet a Lost Nation Smoke Company tee shirt size XXL. I found one yesterday while putting all my stuff away. I thought I gave them away earlier in the season.

Well Trigg is purty good at kicking that yankee booty too. I vote for him and Mike Davis..course ET bound to win something since he cooking so much got all them outta this world recipes etc. Now just met Dr. BBQ the other day got to cheer for him too..even though he is technically a yankee from Chicagoland...he now hangs the hat in Florididdy which is in his favor. I just got mixed emotions you might say.
