Well that is whut some admire about Vienner Sausages is a person knows what to expect on the ingredient list which is plain old unborn calves. Now to make Potted Meat it just the same old bovine fetuses run through a mushing moochine. Emulsifying type deal. Im nearly sure thats how it works. Now they could throw some chicken lips in there nowadays. Who knows?

Price's Chicken Coop, thanks for the memory. Been 27 yrs since I lived in Charlotte and ate from da coop. Fried chicken I'm sure is still awesome. Fried perch was pretty dang tasty too.
Could only order to go, no dining on premises. Used to grab a dinner and head to Freedom Park to chow down.

The Coop hasn't changed a bit. The Fried Perch Sandwich is a meal by itself!

check out the pork chop sandwich at the Snappy Lunch in Andy Griffiths hometown.
He mentioned it in the show. it's a big giant fried pork chop in a little bun.
Ms. Purvis reminds me of Aunt B. I do think Pound Cake comes before Fig Cake, 12 Layer Cake, or any other cake. I've never been to a Church function (including funerals) that didn't have pound cake.
