Tamales with extras

No clue where to post this without getting into trouble. Part smoked, part grilled, part boiled??????????

Soooooo

Made the tamales and smoked them in the electric smoker along with other Mexican ingredients

Made them tender on the Primo in a cast iron pot

Pulsed the meat in a FP and added the broth to Masa

Assembled

Served up with some grilled pork chops sliced and simmered in some different colored bell peppers, onion, garlic cilantro, and beef stock

Those look awesome, Tamales have been on my list for way too long. I'm bump'in them up.
 
Good job Ron.. I know if you make those down here you would have about 10,000 new girl friends waiting at your door saying " Mi amor, mas tamales por favor".... :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:
