I did not go through the Q-cast page of the site to get it at work. I went to smokinlicious home page and did a search for "podcasts". The third result was "podcast upload page". I clicked there and it brought me to:

...where I was able access it. I am trying the same at home and it seems to be working but I won't know for a while (stupid dial up! :roll: time to upgrade).
