Susan Z. Diet Revolution
"The Susan Z Diet Revolution". First step buy a ham that smells funny. Second step, cook to 160*, let rest in a cooler for several hours. Third step take temperature (important step in the diets success)make sure the temp is 160* but the juices do not run clear. Fourth step, place in oven for another hour or so. Final step place foiled in a cooler over night. The next day ejnoy, eat as much as you like, within 24hours you will start to lose weight at a dramatic rate! The more ham you eat the more weight you'll lose! Who needs Atkins or South Beach when you can load up on the Stinky Ham Diet, aka: "The Susan Z Diet Revolution". You can view a copy of the recipe on the BBQ Forum.
Disclaimer - This diet has not been approved by the FDA. You will need to consume at least 800 glasses of water to prevent dehydration due to the rapid weight loss. Vitamin supplements are a must with this diet. Before starting any diet please consult your physician.

Susan before you start tasting, make sure you go to Costco and load up on the toilet paper! Couple 5 gallon buckets wouldn't hurt either! Especially with snow being forecasted!!

Susan if you only had a webcam, so we could watch the effects of the ham. Now that would be fun!
P.S. Thanks for having a Sense of Humor!
