I bought a unique cooking vessel from Morocco about 3 months ago to make food for my friend Youseff from Morocco. I decided to make a Tagine meal for my wife and myself last night. It consisted of lamb, carrots, garbanzo beans, onions, Greek olives, pine nuts, seven spices, Moroccan preserved lemons... I served it over a bed of 'Cous Cous" ... It was very delicious!!!

Hey that looks vey kewlish. I bet a person could also use it for a funnel in case they run outta gas on the freeway. That fit right along with your Okiehoma Credit Card (syphoning hose). You S. Texas boys is just too smart.

Looks great! It's nice to have something different once in a while.

I should cook more lamb.

Thanks for posting... nice video quality, by the way :)
