I made a test Jambalaya with chicken and adouille sausage. I used my newly seasoned Jambalaya pot from bayou classic. It was fun to make and tasted awesome. I shared it with my coworkers.

Yup That the way to do it SS Great job.

Psst SS, if ya use deboned chicken parts its easyer to eat.
Thighs have the best flavor in a Jamb.
 
Thanks. I really am just learning so I made many mistakes that only certain people can notice... My stomach wasn't one of them..... ;)
 
That looks fantastic. You folks cook so many great meals that I want to try, I can't keep up. I'm still trying to get around to your carnitas. :D
