Been jonsing for wood fired pizza. Wife wants skrimp and crawfish étouffée. Anyway to combine the two? Or do what I always do, give in to wife

Them water borne creatures should make a great pizzer. I had a shrimp version one time. It was the best one I ever had. No telling how good it be to throw a few mud bugs on it too. Now I would cut the rice if I was you. On the pie of course. Few pickled japs and anchovies to round it on out. The Little Bride prob still need some rice on her etoufee.

Went with making wife happy. I'm sure she will make me happy later. BW, I do not do the rice. Some fresh crusty French bread for soppin that gravy.
