First they are definitely NOT t-bones, but they look like Top Sirloin to me, my favorite cut!

actually, as noted above, they were in the loin section with other
properly marked packages....the butcher wasn't paying attention
and slapped the t bone stickers on about 5 packages on tenderloins.
I only took 3....6.99 for choice fillet mignons ain't bad...the correctly
marked one's were 10.99.

I should have taken them all, but I ain't greedy.

What am I missing Jim?? They're not fillet's, they're sirloins.

well who knows what kind of mistakes they were making.
good news is if they're sirloins I can take em back.
I'll find out tonight when I grill one.

I did check the properly marked packages and compared
the meat....same thing.

yep, they are tenderloins....flavorless and tender.
that price is actually about what they are worth, but
I'll keep em in the freezer for special purposes.

got pics of the cook tonight, but will be a while before I
posts em. Cooking peach baked beans for the big benefit
for Jamie Parks of Road Kill Grill tomorrow.
