Stainless Steel Wok (Disca) Break In Procedure Today

I bought a Stainless Steel Wok(Disca) at Academy Sporting Goods in Corpus today and decided to break it in on fried catfish, shrimp, husher puppies & Waffle Fries.. It worked out great.. Tripas manana for the last Cowboys game!!!!

Question, everybody's complimenting about your food, but nobody's asking about the equipment. I saw the oil turning from clear to sludge and saw the edges of the Stainless Steel Wok turn greasy, so what I'd like to know, how did the wok turnout. For 49,95 could you, and more important, would you like to use the wok again?
Was it easy to handle during.. Easy to clean?
could you share some more on that please?

It is cleaned up with warm soapy water and hanging outside on the fence... The sludge lookin stuff is crumbs of cornmeal.. The oil got poured back into the cast iron jambalaya pot for future use. The wok is stainless steel and if I don't use it again for cooking I will use it to grow herbs.... Jb suggested that to me about another piece of cookware ...
