Squirrel sauce piquante
So the FIL shows up while I'm doing the Mardi Gras thing and axes "Can you cook these???"
8 squirrels all cleaned and cut up. AAAAAIIIIII!
Fired up the Primo to brown/smoke them
Then carmalize some onions/celery/garlic/ and tomatos with some roux.
Add the browned/smoked squirrel into the pot with some chicken broth and simmer until fall off the bone. Then serve over rice.
