Dang jb, that Cajun pan gravy looks good enough to drink!!!

It is good enough to drink, good on crackers, tator chips, frys, ect...
It's not too pepper hot But It has a HELLO wake you up kinda flavor. Its simple to make too.

Recipe:
Brown lightly seasoned meat in a skillit
(I done it under the ovens broiler on a restaurant grade baking sheet)
remove meat drain off most of the grease and add 1 cup cold water
(wine or sherry can be used instead)
Using a spatula scrape all the bits from the bottom of the skillit or sheet,
dissolve 1 or 2 tbls of corn starch in a 1/2 cup of cold water
(depending on how much gravy you want)
add the corn starch mix to skillit's water gravy slowly wisking constantly,
simmer for 10 min till thickened ...add more water if needed
season to taste with Tonys & a dash of cayenne
(I used Slap Ya Momma Spicy)
