I didn't send it to you, but over on RB's forum, everyone seems a little skeptical of the claims being made. I've heard of no teams from there who have even looked into the organization.
Just what I've seen.

Bob, what does that mean? I really haven't even read it yet, is this a money raising scheme or something?

Yeah, looking very much like a scam, or at least someone who had big plans and little or no ability to achieve them. I ain't touching it till someone else goes through it and proves it legit.

I'm still skeptical, but it seems like they're making progress. The league is to far away for me to reallly check out, but it looks like it's taking root.
There's one contest listed on the city of Sashe's website. It's being held on April 7 and 8th. Now I don't know where Sashe is, but it looks legit.
Here's the link...
http://www.cityofsachse.com/parks/default.asp
and he/she listed a bunch of other events that look real now. Thye're mostly in Texas

How do you have a "Amature BBQ League" with a payoff at the end, doesn't that make a Pro league?

so no one else got the email?
He just targeted me?
Does he think I'm gullible or stupid or something?
Does he think I'm not in touch with the BBQ community?
Is there a charge for canceling a credit card payment?

What piqued my "alarm mode" was this.
"Some Of The Locations And Dates Are Only There For Space Fill-in At This Time."
What the heck does that mean?? ...I've padded my responses to seem more legitimate??
