I ended up adding mashed potatoes and turkey gravy to the menu by the time it was done. We ate at 12:30, then went out and played football with the kids. It was more the kids and me running around tackling each other than anything while Les played quarterback (he can't run due to a medical issue with his right leg). Here it is almost 4 hours later and we still haven't cut one of the pies! They look awesome but we're just stuffed!

Well no pics , it went too fast. Larry, I did your injection on the bird. Turned out great, juciest turkey anyone here has ever had. I think I might try something a little more savoury next time just for something different. Potatoes and beans are all gone, bread gone, 2 choc chess pies gone and just enough turkey left to barely fill a 4 qt tupperware bowl. turkey has already been requested again soon.
