Water Spout or Tornado? Amazing picture

it was a waterspout that came on shore, and then moved down
the shore towards springmaid pier. The hotels you see are
10 to 15 stories high. I was in Murrells Inlet with my daughter
when it hit...never saw the funnel cause the skies got so
black, but the wind was whipping worse than any hurricane
I ever saw...it was something.
