Yes SS it is, Unity their Sauce piquant is super good too. I haven't tried their gumbo, I called em to ask about some of their products like their stew comes labled Shrimp stew & they have one labled chicken stew.
Meat has to be added to each, They said the stews are the same only the lable and the lables recipe are different. Their other products are the same way.

If yall want authentic great tasting Louisiana meals quick & easy order from them:

JB, you need to speak with your local beer guy for a sponsorship.
Does that pea bread have a recipe??? Sounds like something to be tried at home. :D

No recipe I searched too, I paid $10.99 for the bread localy I see it sells online for $11.99. It was light dough with a layer of provalon (Or white cheese) a layer of peas then more cheese all in the center of the loaf.
It wasn't puff pastry but I think that would work very well.
Oh yeah the peas were pretty spicy hot too.

thanks!!!.. I'm going to get a few jars and stock up for Hurricane season.. I'll cook it out back usin propane..

Start rice. Empty jar into medium pan, rinse jar with 2 oz water, add to pan.

Thaw shrimp (if you don't have fresh) and peel.

Simmer shrimp in sauce 7-12 minutes and serve over rice.

(That's good stuff, JB, thanks for showing it to us. Twelve oz uncooked rice was just right for a 1-lb jar and 1 lb of 16/20 shrimp. I'm glad I ordered 3 jars.)

If I tell yall somthings good... Trust me, Its damm good 8)
They sell some dry stew mixes here that are OK. Cajun Powers, Rocks.
I think its better than my home made, the wife disagrees. She don't like stuff too spicy though. This stuff aint too heat hot spicy, its just down rite good spicy.
