Last night we decided to have shrimp tacos for dinner. We pulled off the shells and tails of the shrimp then placed them in foil with cilantro, onion, butter, a shaking of rub and lime juice. I cooked them on the grill until they were pink then pulled them off. My wife made a southwestern sauce consisting of tomato's, onion and corn with other seasonings, I’ll track down the full recipe and post later. We had them on corn tortillas with a cilantro salad, in the last picture I just placed everything on top of some salad and mixed it up, it was very tasty. We will definitely cook this again.
