My wife wanted steak last night and nobody had any on sale, so we picked up a 2 bone rib roast. I made a paste with olive oil, worcestershire, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powder. Cooked at 200* until the internal temp hit 100* and then cranked the heat to 450* until 128*. I also made some roasted baby red potatoes and asparagus.
