Seared Tuna/Chopped Salad

I fixed another salad tonight as part of my diet.......... chopped up some romaine, red onion, english cucumber, bean sprouts, carrots, mushrooms and yellow bell pepper and tossed in News Creamy Caesar Lite. Then I seared a piece of tuna with Wolfe Rub Citrus and olive oil. I'm digging the salads.....
