As usual, I jump in a day late and a dollar short!! Good luck with your new smoker. I know that you will get many years of good cooks with it. To answer some questions, Pit builders like myself and Stumps take great pride in our cookers. We build them one by one and take the time to make sure that every unit is right before it leaves the fab shop. Thus the wait time. It is the heighth of the BBQ season and believe me, everyone wants their smoker Right Now!! Good things come to those who wait. I am currently 8 weeks out.
