Prereqs for a nice sammich.... Homemade or good bread from the bakery, homemade mayo, fresh fixins(veggies), and occasionally; some heat, and a press..i.e. Some heated foiled bricks, your favorite cast iron pan, etc.
And don't forget the cheese.
I'm torn between Swiss and Provalone. Thoughts?
