Restaurant Depot is kind of a road trip for us. But it's worth it. Just have to make sure there is room in the deep freezer. We go about every three months or so. Sure is nice to take a walk to the garage and snag something to sling on the WSM. Ya just have to remind your self to take what ever out the day before and put it in the fridge. 
Stood many a time in front of the sink with a pork butt in a pot with water watching it defrost. Ya eat at midnight that way.
