Been readin' the posts about burgers and it got me hungry for one. So, here goes!
Used 80/20 Ground Chuck, Plowboys Yarbird Rub and my Simple Rub. Fried at around 350.
Placed on sliced, whole wheat bread (yeah, I had hamburger buns, but I prefer sliced bread!
), topped with cheese, sliced/fried Better With Cheddar, more cheese and mayo!
Side of oven fries and some mayo/catsup and I was good to go!
