primo and fish

is it ok to grill fish on a primo? my brother got him one of them ocean boats, and is catching a bunch of red snapper. im thinking some olive oil, rub, citris on the inside, and finish with some lemon juice. any suggestions welcome, tim
 
I'm not sure about snapper, but tuna, swordfish, dorado,kingfish and other dark meat fish is real good for grillin.. Let's us know what you decide... :D

ive got a friend who drives a big brown truck. we have this plan. :twisted:
 
yes you can cook snapper on any grill .

cook it on the 1/2 shell . IE...keep the scales on the one side . that act as the cooking serface . then add butter lemon and your faveriot rub and cook till done .
