I heard on the news that the president made an unscheduled stop at Stamey's BBQ in Greensboro during his visit to NC today. I hope he wasn't expecting brisket.

Lot's of Presidents have visited North Carolina's historic bbq joints. One of the reasons bbq is so big in NC is because of the tradition of politicians throwing pig pickings on the campaign trail to attract voters.

Bush ate barbecue pork and chicken, hush puppies, barbecue slaw, sweet tea and peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. He was still at the restaurant.
no mention of vinegar, but out West in NC , it;s distinct possibility
