Our annual firemen's fair is coming up in July. I'm always wanting to try new food to serve at the fair. New to us this year will be deep fried spaghetti & meatballs on a stick. I'm guessing I'm going to call them "Guinea Sticks"!

The first batch was a meatball, then some spaghetti wrapped on stick then another meatball. Took way to long to do and the spaghetti got a little crunchy after deep frying.

Second batch was spaghetti chopped course and mixed into the chop meat. This is the way we will go!

Just google "food on a stick" or "fair foods". You would be surprised at the stuff folks have come up with! I'm pretty damn sure Cappy invented it all!

Hope you got the ok to deep fry spaghetti and meatballs from the guys that drive around in caddys.
