I once again put my Jaccard tenderizer to some boneless pork chops before dipping in milk and flour and then browned them in lard
While that was going on I threw a batch of peppers & onions into another skillet.
Time to put them together along with some extra sharp cheddar and asiago cheese.
Stick a lid on them for a minute and it’s time to enjoy.
