I'm gonna overnight some butts and want to do some beans -- the kind that sit on the bottom rack of the WSM and gets some drippings. I tried some searches and couldn't decide what would be best. So I thought I would inquire from those I trust (well, trust most, anyway). Please let me know your experience and suggestions. A recipe or link would be appreciated. Thanks.

My experience with doctored canned beans (undrained), they can handle 6 hours in the low 'n' slow range in the casserole dish I use if stirred a couple of times ... could probably handle a couple of more hours ...

I've put sliced ham sausage in and that was great too.

SOMEBODY has to try Bryan's beans ... I've bean meaning too #-o
