A buddy of mine and I will be splitting a hog in a few weeks. I have never done anything like this and I am looking for some suggestions as far as sausage, curing hams etc..

Will make sure to take pictures. I plan to cook the meat on the Primo when it comes time.

You gotta Primo?? How's it working out for you??

Which half you getting, front or back?

I guess I forgot to ask.

The few times I have used it so far, Fantastic. It "sweats" a little when heated which I hope is normal. For the Thanksgiving turkeys I tried cooking with Kingsford charwood and that was a mistake.
