Penzeys One Magazine
Did anybody subcribe to Penzeys One magazine?
If so, how was the first issue?

Chris I got one a month or so ago, wasn't overly impressed with it. If I find it, I'll mail it to you if you want it.

Chris, I take that back. I have the regular Penzy's Mag, not the Penzy's One. Sorry, Bud

Chris, I think he means the catalog of seasoning that they send out every couple of months. It has a few recipes in it along with all of their spices.

That is what I think also. This is the same mix up that everybody one the TVWB was having when it was brought up a while back.
I'M ASKING ABOUT THE MAGAZINE! :getbtw:

Thanks for your response Jane. And yes, I was asking about the magazine.
Has the first issue not come out yet, or did you not subscribe in time to get it?
I really wanted to hear from someone that had a copy of the magazine before deciding to (or not to) order it.

Thanks for ALL the help Jane.
I had an offer to order that said it was good only until the second issue came out. Sounds like I still have a while that it will be valid.

Penzey's new magazine named Penzey's One
I recently received the free introduction copy of the new magazine from
Penzey Spice and the name is Penzey's One Magazine. I have shopped
with the original Penzey's for about twenty-five years and find their items
absolutely the best. The catalogues have wonderful recipes and suggestions on how to use each spice and herb that they have and they
without a doubt have the best and freshest selections in this country. I
find for everyday cooking or for gourmet recipes I can find just what I need from them and it is very exciting to see when they open a new store
in a different area so that everyone can have access to such fine products
and all of the people are so super nice. Now about the new magazine. I
was thrilled to see that it comes out everyother month, has NO - NONE
advertisements. Photography is excellent. Great recipes with step by
step suggestions. I find the format to be a little bit like Taste of Home
but perhaps more mature and less country. It is a great buy and I am
looking forward to my next issue.

Thanks JArchieH,
I had forgotten about this thread. It's nice when someone new comes in and brings one of these oldies back to the front like this. Good info you added also.
