I made this last night. Damn was it good! Took pics so had to share
Toasted Marbled Rye, Yellow mustard, Provolone, Pastrami n' Bacon + Shredded beef n potatos in the center! You can see a little bit of onion under the cheese tryin to sneak out....It didn't make it. :)

haha! That was the garnish left over from ""tanking" in the Food Network thing. I can tell you, a little parsley makes a world of difference for the camera. Parsley might become a staple here. :)

Well I dont like to be the one who tole you so...but if you had put some kraut on your Food TV performance you would have prob been the Illustrious Hoo Haw of the event. As my 3rd grade teacher was fond of saying..A word to the wise should be sufficient. Time will pass but will you?..blah blah blah.
