It was just me last night, Cat's with her mother. Picked up a 1lb wahoo filet and a 6 pack of New Castle Summer Ale. Spent most of the afternoon doing absolutely nothing, relaxing in the back yard enjoying a few beers, stogie and tossing the ball to Otis.

Served on a bed of pico de gallo and drizzled with Sriracha sauce for a little kick. Very good dinner!

Love the color on that fish! Great look'n plate! Did Otis get any?

This Wahoo looked mighty tasty so I bought enough for the whole family.
While my wife took the fish out to the grill I went inside to ge me a
Newcastles Summer Ale and a Cigar just like Larry.
Well...Before long my wife yells in...Hey!! Is this stuff supposed to catch fire.?
Relax...I yelled. Larry knows what he's doing.
Holy Crap..There was nothing left of the fish but a charred mess.
The family was mad as hell but they became calm after I told them I would take
them to Burge King for dinner.
Next time well try something easy like steak.
Well give you one more chance Larry....Just one more.
