yeah me too. I remember watching Bobby Flay, of all people, talking about people whining about grilling vegs because they fall through the grates. His advice....cut em bigger.
Anyway, I tried that recipe with Italian dressing one time, which is very easy, but didn't like the vinegar flavor in the mixture. That's just me.
Being an eastern Carolina boy, I drink vinegar for breakfast, but I prefer the oil and herbs to provide the accent to the flavors of the vegs, especially the squash/zucch.
