Broke the Calphalon pot in today with a great batch of shrimp and andouille sausage jambalaya

Almost ready for the shrimp.

A pretty good sized pot.

Just add some shrimp to the pot.

Little green on-yawn.

Dinner is served monsewer.

Have a good night folks!!!

Looks pretty good Bruce.
Were those shimp pre-cooked?

Yep, they were Finnster, good eye my boy! I did them yesterday and placed them back in the refrigerator and put them in at the last moment just to heat them up. Really I just folded them in and let them sit for about five minutes and they were fine.

Missing Link.

They speak the truth about the handles, had it on the stove for almost two hours and you couldn't feel any heat at all on the handles.
