last weekend I made some Brunswick stew...no
pics of the finished product, but I'll post some when
I thaw some out.

Here's some cooking though...





However, someone at work brought me some sugar cured country ham.
I fried that with some collards and blackeye peas, put some hot chow chow on the peas, and chowed down country style...








Doused the collards with my vinegar sauce....all I was missing was some
cornbread or biscuits, but I'm trying to cut out the breads for a while.
Ate this for dinner and for breakfast!
 
Pigs, those are the lodge cast iron with enamel. I love those
things...although the prices are going up.

I did a chicken bog contest a couple of weeks ago and took
those, they worked like a charm.
