New Books
Got home last night and my new hard bound copies of "How to Grill" and "Smoke and Spice" were on the door step waiting for me. Yeeeeeaaaaa!
One day I'll have to buy a grill and a smoker... then I'll really be able to post on this BB. :^o

Nope... only this hard back copy.
Check Overstock.com. I think the soft back was around $10 w/ $1 shipping this month.

Chris, I have both books. They are excellent. I also recommend Raichlens BBQ USA.
Good choice with the hardcover. The pages on my soft cover How To Grill are falling out. Just upgraded to the hard cover myself.

Just got to flip through both of them briefly last night while watching old Law and Order reruns and drinking Scotch.

I really like Paul Kirk's book. Lots of good recipes for sauces, rubs, etc.
