Is that a rental house John or do you own that??

I have some land down in Hardy, Arkansas and was wanting to have a log cabin built down there. Was wondering if you built that yourself or bought a kit and had someone build it.

Our family owns it...We had another that we just sold that was a kit that had been in our family since the 50's that my Dad and his buddys built.

We bought this and it was about half the size and we added the living room..

Looks comfy! Do you have a basement or just have a concrete slab and build from there?
I'm wantin to do somethin like that in about 5-10 years down in Arkansas.

Just a slab..If I ever had it to do again Id do a basement !! A place for the furnace, hot water, ect and also a few more bedrooms..
