Just my opinion..... but....
Any one that has a food allergy should not be judging food where you have no idea what may have been used in the preparation of 'said' food.
If you have an allergy to wheat... you wouldn't go and judge a bread competition. Would you?
I'm going to start using MSG, peanuts, strawberrys, wheat, dust, pollen, and anything I can think of that people are allergic to.... just to weed out the weak judges. 8-[
