Last night we had another low calorie dinner and it was great. The Tilapia was coated with bread crumbs and parmesan, the veggies were cauliflower and Brussels sprouts mixed together with light spraying of evoo, a half teaspoon each of paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. Both were baked in the oven.
Here’s the Tilapia just out of the oven, you can see that I had to sample a little piece off the one on the right.
The veggies were good but next time we will cut the sprouts in half.
