Dang got one that looks highly similar but has a single door and runs on electricty..slightly smaller I think. Marked Royal Oak brand and fifty bucks on clearance at Wally World. It sits proudly right up on top of the horizontal of the big jerky maker. Gets it eye level and no need to bend over to tend it. It gets hotter than a two dollar pistol. Its up there to help make jerky..just aint quite figured out its assigned function. Its a bit too small for the 11-12 pound loads I been running. Have thought of using it for the end sterilizing function and might still do that. Only problem I cant plug it and the heating element of the jerky maker into the same circuit and I only have one useable extension. Aint that the sheets. I will try to dig up a photo of the set up.
